Website visitor
Discover the menu, order online, book a table.
Website home
The home page presents the restaurant, the current campaign, the menu by family and the signature dishes. An information window may open on arrival: the cross closes it. The site is available in five languages.

- Header
Logo (back to home), Menu, Combos, Book, Hermanos Club and the “Order” button. On a phone, these links move to the bottom bar.
- Language and currency
Choose the language (FR, EN, TH, RU, DE) and the display currency. Payment is always made in the restaurant's currency; conversion is indicative.
- News ticker
Short messages from the restaurant: opening hours, delivery, new items. The button on the right pauses the scrolling.
- Featured campaign
The current campaign, with direct access to ordering and to the menu. Arrows and numbers switch between campaigns.
- Shortcuts
Quick access to the most popular families and to the full menu.
- Categories
The menu families, each with its number of choices: one click opens the category.
- Signature dishes
A selection with photo, description and price; the + button opens the dish customisation.
- Combos
Meal deals with a dish, a side and a drink, composed at the next step.
- Hermanos Club
The loyalty programme: points earned on paid orders, exchangeable for discounts.
- Visit us
Address, opening hours and directions to the restaurant.
- Footer
Services, opening hours, languages, payment methods, legal notice and allergens.
The menu
The restaurant's full menu, with search, family filters, grid or list display and sorting. Prices shown are those of the website; the final amount is recalculated by the server when you order.

- Search
Type a dish, an ingredient or a family: results are filtered without reloading the page.
- Families
One click limits the menu to one family; a second click shows the whole menu again.
- Grid or list
The grid shows photos; the list is more compact for comparing prices.
- Sorting
Restaurant order, price ascending or descending, or a stable random order to discover.
- Results
Each card shows photo, price and availability: an unavailable dish shows when it will be back. The + button opens customisation.
- Menu sections
Sticky bar under the header: tap to scroll to a section; the section on screen is highlighted as you scroll.
- Quick add “+”
Without required choices the dish goes straight to the cart and the button becomes “− n +”; otherwise the configurator opens in a window.
- Formulas
Solo, + fries, meal with fries and drink, or drink size: the chosen formula changes the price and what “+” adds.
- Your order
On large screens the cart stays visible on the right: quantities, removal, extras and the total checked by the restaurant; on mobile the bottom bar opens it.
A menu category
The page of one family (here Crousty): introduction, the same filters as the menu and only the dishes of this family.

- Introduction
The family's title and description, with the number of dishes offered.
- Change family
Jump straight to another family without going back to the menu.
- Dishes in this family
Click a dish to see its page, or + to customise it.
Dish page
The page details a dish: photos, description, starting price and allergens, before customising it.

- Photos
Photos show the reference recipe, not necessarily the extras you choose.
- Starting price
Price of the dish without options; extras are added at the next step.
- Customise
Opens the configurator: portion, sauces, extras and removals.
- Allergens
Allergens declared for the recipe; if in doubt, ask the team: choosing “without” does not guarantee the absence of traces.
Customise a dish
The configurator builds the dish choice by choice. Single choices are radio buttons, cumulative choices are checkboxes or counters with their limit shown. The price updates with every choice.

- Portion size
Single choice; any surcharge is shown next to the option.
- Included sauce
One sauce is included in the price; “no sauce” is possible.
- Extras
Extra fries, drink or nuggets, each with its price.
- Removals
Remove an ingredient (within the limit shown). This is not an allergen guarantee.
- Estimated points
The Hermanos Club points this dish should earn; they are credited when the order is completed.
- Add to cart
The button shows the price of the dish as composed. It stays greyed out while a required choice is missing or if the dish is not available at this time.
Build a combo
A combo brings together a dish, a side and a drink at a meal-deal price. Each slot is chosen in turn; a “premium” choice may add a surcharge.

- Dish
The main dish of the combo.
- Side
Fries or another side included in the combo.
- Drink
The combo drink; the flavour is chosen just below.
- Add to cart
Adds the complete combo to the cart at the price shown.
Sauces and extras
Before confirming the cart, the restaurant suggests extras (fries, drink, salad). This is optional.

- Suggested extras
“Add” puts the extra in the cart with its price.
- Continue
Goes to the cart without adding anything else.
The cart
The cart is the first of the five ordering steps: cart, service, contact details, payment, confirmation. It is kept on this device, current step included, if you come back later (no payment data is stored).

- The five steps
Completed steps can be clicked to go back; “Back” and the browser back button return to the previous step without losing your choices. An incomplete step shows what is missing before you can continue.
- Chosen dishes
Each line recalls the options. The − and + buttons change the quantity; 0 removes the dish.
- Summary
The total is calculated by the restaurant (server) from the cart onwards: promo code discount, delivery once the area and address are chosen, estimated points. On mobile, the total stays visible at the bottom of the screen with the “Continue” button.
- Continue
Moves on to the service choice (delivery or takeaway).
- A little extra?
Drinks and fries in one tap, without leaving the cart.
- Promo code
Enter a code: the restaurant recalculates the total and tells you whether it applies.
Delivery or takeaway
Choose the service. For delivery, set the exact point (location, address search or pin on the map): zone, fee and minimum follow from it; without the map, choose your district (an unlisted district needs a manual quote).

- Service mode
Delivery or pick-up at the restaurant. The estimated time depends on the mode.
- Delivery area
Single choice; the fee is shown next to each area and recalculated by the server.
- Summary
It recaps your items, the chosen service and, for delivery, the fee of the selected area (local estimate). The restaurant's quote, calculated by the server, replaces it once the service is confirmed; it expires after a delay set by the restaurant and is then recalculated.
- Delivery point on the map
“Locate me” (with your consent), or search the address, then drag the pin to the exact entrance. The restaurant computes the zone and fee from this point; without the map, choose your district.
- Continue
Requests the quote from the restaurant (calculated by the server). The button stays greyed out until the service is complete (area and address for delivery).
Your contact details
Name and phone are used to call you if needed and to hand over the order. E-mail is optional. A signed-in customer finds their details pre-filled.

- Name, phone, e-mail
Required fields are marked; an error appears under the field concerned.
- Summary
The quote total remains visible at every step.
Choose payment
Choose the payment method. QR and card go through the restaurant's payment provider; until it is connected they are either greyed out “not connected” or offered as a clearly labelled SIMULATOR (no real charge). Cash is paid on hand-over.

- Payment method
Cash on pickup or delivery, QR code (transfer with a proof checked by the restaurant) or card (Stripe). A method that is not connected is greyed out and marked "not connected". Tip is optional; with enough points, a box lets you use a Hermanos Club reward.
- Promo code
Enter the code then "Apply": the server checks the code, period, minimum order and service; the discount appears in the summary or a message explains why it was refused.
- Pay part in cash
With QR or card, tick the box to pay part in cash (at the counter or to the driver); the rest is paid online. The amount is capped by a limit set by the restaurant.
- Summary
The amount that will be requested, recalculated by the server on confirmation (prices, promotions, fees).
- Confirm the order
The server re-checks everything (prices, availability, area) before saving the order. A double click does not create two orders.
- Tip
Optional: 0%, a preset or a custom amount. The restaurant computes the amount and adds it to the total (and the QR); it never counts for points or promotions.
Pay by QR and send the proof
The order is saved. Pay the exact amount with your banking app by scanning the restaurant's QR, then send the transfer screenshot: the restaurant checks it and confirms the payment. Nothing counts as paid before this check.

- Amount and order number
The amount to pay and the order number; the status updates by itself.
- Restaurant QR
Scan it with your bank's app (PromptPay or image provided by the restaurant). In test mode, a banner says so.
- Payment reference
Copy it into the transfer note: it lets the restaurant match your payment with the order.
- Send the proof
Choose the transfer screenshot (or take a photo) then "Send". File types and size are limited; if refused, the reason is shown and you can send another proof or pay by card.
Order confirmed
The order is confirmed and sent to the kitchen. The screen recalls the number, the payment status (paid, simulated or cash to pay) and the estimated time.

- Confirmation summary
Order number, payment, estimated time. Points stay pending until the order is completed.
- Track my order
Opens the live tracking of the order.
Our restaurants
The network's restaurants and kitchens, with address, opening hours and services offered.

- Restaurant list
Every restaurant open to the public appears here.
- Restaurant card
Address, today's hours, services (dine-in, takeaway, delivery) and access to the menu.
Book a table
Booking request: date, time, number of guests and contact details. The slots offered take opening hours and capacity into account; the team confirms the booking.

- Your booking
Choose the slot and the number of guests, then your contact details. A full slot is not offered.
- Send the request
The request is saved; confirmation comes from the restaurant.
Legal notice and allergens
The restaurant's legal information and a reminder about allergens.

- Legal notice
Publisher, hosting, personal data and allergen information.
Help centre
The help centre gathers the public site guides. Each guide explains a journey screen by screen.

- Search
Type a word (order, pay, book…) to find the screen that covers it.
- Guides
One guide per use: visitor, online customer, table customer. Each card shows the number of screens explained and the update date.
Reading a guide
A guide follows the real order of the journey. Each screen has numbered steps, an annotated screenshot and, once published, a video.

- Contents
The ordered list of the journey's screens: one click takes you to the screen.
- Annotated screenshot
Explained areas are outlined and numbered; the numbers match the steps written under the screenshot.
- Video
The annotated video of the screen, with subtitles and chapters (one step = one chapter).
- Update
The date of the last capture: a screen changed since then is flagged “to redo”.
Message without an account
Ask the restaurant a question without creating an account (if the restaurant enabled it). Access stays on this device, for a limited time.

- First message
Optional first name and message; do not enter a phone number or address.
- Consent
Required: the restaurant keeps the message to reply; the access duration is shown.
- Conversation
Replies arrive live. "Forget on this device" removes local access; create an account to keep the history.
