Sign in with a code

Where: Public site › My account · /en/account

No password: you receive a one-time code by e-mail or SMS. As long as messaging is not connected, the screen says so; in the demo, a labelled simulator replaces sending (the code is only visible in the test server log).

  1. E-mail or phone

Choose where to receive the code, then enter the address or number.

  2. Get a code

The code has a limited validity and number of attempts; repeated requests are slowed down. Enter it at the next step.

My account

Where: Public site › My account · /en/account

Your preferences and contact details. Every change is checked by the server; the e-mail and phone used to sign in are changed through a new code verification.

  1. Profile

First name, last name, sign-in e-mail and phone.

  2. Language

Language of the interface and of the restaurant's messages.

  3. Display currency

For information only: payment is made in the restaurant's currency.

  4. Consents

What you agree to receive (offers, news); can be changed at any time.

  5. Save

Saves the preferences; a message confirms or reports the error.

  6. Delivery addresses

Your saved addresses; “Add” creates a new one, one of them can be the default.

The menu

Where: Public site › Menu · /en/menu

The restaurant's full menu, with search, family filters, grid or list display and sorting. Prices shown are those of the website; the final amount is recalculated by the server when you order.

  1. Search

Type a dish, an ingredient or a family: results are filtered without reloading the page.

  2. Families

One click limits the menu to one family; a second click shows the whole menu again.

  3. Grid or list

The grid shows photos; the list is more compact for comparing prices.

  4. Sorting

Restaurant order, price ascending or descending, or a stable random order to discover.

  5. Results

Each card shows photo, price and availability: an unavailable dish shows when it will be back. The + button opens customisation.

  6. Menu sections

Sticky bar under the header: tap to scroll to a section; the section on screen is highlighted as you scroll.

  7. Quick add “+”

Without required choices the dish goes straight to the cart and the button becomes “− n +”; otherwise the configurator opens in a window.

  8. Formulas

Solo, + fries, meal with fries and drink, or drink size: the chosen formula changes the price and what “+” adds.

  9. Your order

On large screens the cart stays visible on the right: quantities, removal, extras and the total checked by the restaurant; on mobile the bottom bar opens it.

Customise a dish

Where: Dish page › Customise · /en/products/crousty-signature/configure

The configurator builds the dish choice by choice. Single choices are radio buttons, cumulative choices are checkboxes or counters with their limit shown. The price updates with every choice.

  1. Portion size

Single choice; any surcharge is shown next to the option.

  2. Included sauce

One sauce is included in the price; “no sauce” is possible.

  3. Extras

Extra fries, drink or nuggets, each with its price.

  4. Removals

Remove an ingredient (within the limit shown). This is not an allergen guarantee.

  5. Estimated points

The Hermanos Club points this dish should earn; they are credited when the order is completed.

  6. Add to cart

The button shows the price of the dish as composed. It stays greyed out while a required choice is missing or if the dish is not available at this time.

The cart

Where: Order › 1. Cart · /en/cart

  1. The five steps

Completed steps can be clicked to go back; “Back” and the browser back button return to the previous step without losing your choices. An incomplete step shows what is missing before you can continue.

  2. Chosen dishes

Each line recalls the options. The − and + buttons change the quantity; 0 removes the dish.

  3. Summary

The total is calculated by the restaurant (server) from the cart onwards: promo code discount, delivery once the area and address are chosen, estimated points. On mobile, the total stays visible at the bottom of the screen with the “Continue” button.

  4. Continue

Moves on to the service choice (delivery or takeaway).

  5. A little extra?

Drinks and fries in one tap, without leaving the cart.

  6. Promo code

Enter a code: the restaurant recalculates the total and tells you whether it applies.

Choose payment

Where: Order › 4. Payment · /en/cart

Choose the payment method. QR and card go through the restaurant's payment provider; until it is connected they are either greyed out “not connected” or offered as a clearly labelled SIMULATOR (no real charge). Cash is paid on hand-over.

Annotated mobile screenshot of “Choose payment”
  1. Payment method

Cash on pickup or delivery, QR code (transfer with a proof checked by the restaurant) or card (Stripe). A method that is not connected is greyed out and marked "not connected". Tip is optional; with enough points, a box lets you use a Hermanos Club reward.

  2. Promo code

Enter the code then "Apply": the server checks the code, period, minimum order and service; the discount appears in the summary or a message explains why it was refused.

  3. Pay part in cash

With QR or card, tick the box to pay part in cash (at the counter or to the driver); the rest is paid online. The amount is capped by a limit set by the restaurant.

  4. Summary

The amount that will be requested, recalculated by the server on confirmation (prices, promotions, fees).

  5. Confirm the order

The server re-checks everything (prices, availability, area) before saving the order. A double click does not create two orders.

  6. Tip

Optional: 0%, a preset or a custom amount. The restaurant computes the amount and adds it to the total (and the QR); it never counts for points or promotions.
